I purchased a Subaru from this dealership in 2021 and Jerry helped me. He was a low pressure, clam sales person, very knowledgeable and professional. Car buying can be stressful and Jerry has an assuring and calm way about him, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, I totaled my vehicle in 2024 and tried to purchase another from this dealership. I asked for Jerry because dealing with him had been extremely pleasant. Unfortunately, I never got to see him. Right there, I would say the sales department is not customer service oriented. If a customer asks for a specific sales person, why not assign the customer this sales person if he is available? Instead I saw several different salesmen, Nick, Mark and someone else. I think there were at least three of them. One I would see in person and take a test drive with on one day. Then another would call me, and I didn't even know who that person was. Then I would come in and see yet another salesperson. I would be told to come in at a certain time and then scolded that I didn't show up. Mind you, this was not an agreed-upon appointment. When I would go to the dealership, the sales person who had called me wasn't there. I would receive phone calls from different sales staff and one didn't know that I had already talked with another sales person. It was too confusing to deal with several different sales people. It was a frustrating and confusing experience. I never got to talk with Jerry but instead was contacted and passed around between several different sales staff. It was very confusing and stressful, so I decided to go with the Subaru dealer in Santa Fe where I dealt with one salesperson, and I purchased a vehicle from them in 2024. Now in 2026, I am getting sales calls every week, from a variety of sales people wanting to sell me a vehicle when I already bought one two years ago and have even brought it in for service. Their service department and techs are excellent and I love taking my Subie there. The sales department, however, seems very disorganized. They don't interface with the service department obviously. I suggest the sales department assign ONE salesperson to ONE customer instead of passing the customer around between numerous sales techs and using aggressive and repeated cold calling, which is super annoying. Buying a car isn't like shopping for shoes. I'm on vacation and get two phone calls from Fiesta Subaru in one week. I also suggest the sales department COORDINATE WITH the auto service database (if that is permissible) so they can see which vehicle their customers already have and drive. I mean if someone drives a 2026 Subaru, it's unlikely they want to buy another one. If someone drives a 2010 Subaru, then perhaps cold calling them is a better idea.

Leo Aguirre The sales rep was a tremendous help and purchasing a Subaru outback wilderness my experience was awesome. I have no complaints. Leo met all of our needs and is an awesome sales rep.

The best experience that I or my family have ever had while buying a car took place at Fiesta Subaru on Lomas. Leo Aguirre is the man responsible for our entire experience. I came in to "look" at a Subaru drove away in a vehicle. I was able to walk through all of my options from used Subarus to new ones. Thank you to Leo (Rosalio) Aguirre. I will be returning with other family members to purchase cars from you again.

Polite, helpful, timely, thorough, but.... added misc. fees at checkout (e.g. shop fee for a 'diagnostic' where only a scanner is used. "Environmental fee"?) They wanted $700. for an engine oil flush. I declined and bought the Subaru flush for $40. Filter and oil another $50. It took me 1hr. per the instructions. Wow.

My first time buying a new car and I am so pleased! Shelly White was incredible and made me feel confident in making such a large purchase. Top notch customer service! Mike Lopez was awesome too! I will 100% recommend friends and family.

I recently purchased a 2026 Subaru Forester and I could not be more pleased with the service I received. This was my first time buying a new car and Shelly White made me feel so incredibly comfortable through the entire process. And it was delivered to my home in Roswell..amazing customer service. Mike Lopez was amazing as well. He walked me through my financing options while throughly explaining every step. I don’t plan on purchasing another car anytime soon, but when I do, I will absolutely be back to Fiesta Subaru.

Our 2022 Subaru Ascent broke down just south of Albuquerque as we were heading home from Tucson to Wyoming on April 1, 2026. To make a long story short, the tow truck driver ,who was a sweetheart, took it to Fiesta Subaru. Kudos to everyone there.Friendly, helpful, trustworthy from the very beginning. Chris Cleveland kept us updated on the problem and the progress. He was great and a comfort to us. We highly recommend this dealership if you are ever in need of help in your travels. Five stars for Rob in the detailing department! Our new 2026 Outback had a rough encounter with some Albuquerque wind and a "herd" of tumbleweeds, leaving it with several scratches. I stopped by Fiesta Subaru just hoping for a quote, but Rob went above and beyond. He greeted me professionally, took the time to explain the difference between minor and major scratches, and then stunned me by quoting the work at no cost. We traded in our 2024 Subaru on the 27th of February for a 2026 Subaru. Fiesta said they would pay off the loan for our 2024 Subaru in 10 days. We have made two payments on the old loan since then and are still waiting. We have multiple text messages saying how sorry they are and how it will be paid off soon. Still waiting… Update… was finally addressed. Cause was an internal communication problem between front and back office. Not sure how long it would have languished if we had not pointed it out. April 9th and it is now fully resolved. Ten day loan pay off turned into 6 weeks. Overall, Fiesta was helpful and took care of everything, but it took a long time to fix and should not have happened.

We had a good experience purchasing a new car. Our salesperson, Shelly, was great to work with as was Torie, the sales manager. One caveat is that I think their fees are excessive and higher than other dealers, so be aware.

SR Adriana was so easy to work with and was extremely professional.She made the experience very comfortable and made sure all my concerns were answered. She went over everything in the vehicle so I would be comfortable driving home. She is a true professional and is highly customer service oriented. She was great.SM Mike was totally awesome. He went over all the paperwork and made sure I understood all the documents. He was so easy to work with. He really made the process easy. I look forward to seeing both of them again. I bought a 2026 Subaru Forester on 11/28/2025 from here. My sales person was Shelly White and she was immaculate. The best sales experience I have ever had buying a car. The car saved my life with its automatic crash detection. Shelly continues to be a profesional representative and helped me to understand all the features on my car. I highly recommend going to Fiesta Subaru and ask for Shelly White. If I could put 10 stars I would.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience working with Adriana Nunez at Fiesta Subaru in Albuquerque. I went in on Saturday afternoon to look at a truck that showed as available in the system, but it turned out the vehicle was actually in Santa Fe. This could have easily derailed the whole experience, but Adriana handled it calmly and with complete transparency. She clearly explained what was going on and said that if I liked the preliminary reports and numbers, she would either go to Santa Fe to get the truck or we could take a long test drive. That level of effort and honesty really stood out. Long story short, after a little negotiation, we made the deal. Adriana was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, real, and empathetic, traits not usually associated with car salespeople. After that, the rest of the team also did their jobs professionally and with a friendly attitude. Thank you to Adriana and the entire staff at Fiesta Subaru. I would give her a 5-star rating all day long and will definitely go back to her for all my future vehicle needs.

Took my sti in today and Haley at the service desk was super nice and helpful,! She made my 2nd experience here better than the last they are really nice here and professional!

My sales guy was Hunter and the sales manager was Torie. When I say amazing, that’s an understatement. I worked with them for a few days to find the right car, and I’m very happy with my purchase. They were able to get me an even better interest rate than my credit union and into a really nice car with all the features I wanted. Also Ernesto from the accounting/financial side was awesome too. If you go in I would strongly recommend working with those three, you won’t be disappointed.

Ruben Trujillo in the service department was tops! In each instance, his communication & handling of my issue was outstanding - from picking up the phone, to working me into their busy schedule, repairing my issue while I waited in their comfortable lobby, offering to provide a ride to my afternoon appt if needed (but no need! My car was ready just in time), & bill came in less than estimated cost. They’ve gained a new customer - the service, convenience& expertise is worth paying for.

They went the extra mile to find all the tweaks, leaks, and gremlins troubling this resurrected car. The dealership also authorizes a “borrowing” of one of their cars while the work was done on mine. This allowed my disabled husband and I to continue to get out of the house, go to doctor’s appointments and generally keep chugging along. Thanks to all of you! Happy Holidays!

I had a really good experience buying from Fiesta Subaru. There was a vehicle I was interested in from the website that sold the day before I came in; our salesperson, Hunter, was really helpful and found me another vehicle that I was equally happy with. Both he and the finance guy, Adam, got us through the paperwork in a respectable time since they knew I needed to get to the bank for a cashier's check quickly. Very pleased with buying from them.

Taylor Nyman was very kind, patient, and helpful. She made the car buying experience very simple. I would recommend her to anyone!

Great sog park smart staff

I brought my vehicle in and the service was incredible. However, I am surprised Fiesta would allow such vulgar display with an employee. As I was waiting for my car, I noticed a woman dressed very provocative with a short dress on. Everyone else seemed very professional and yet she displayed such trifling gestures with the guys in the office. I tried to mind my business, but all I could hear was giggling. My experience with my car was amazing, but the flirtatious atmosphere left me wondering if I should take my business elsewhere.

Fiesta Subaru earned a lifelong customer over the weekend. Jennifer Lujan my sales associate that helped me order my new Crosstrek was absolutely amazing. On top of her amazing support and follow up over a couple of months, she pointed out that I could go with a less expensive trim and get everything I still wanted, not a normal car sales pitch. And Adam Fuentes helped me clear a hurdle in financing because my original lender botched the payment check. This team went above and beyond traditional sales service and I can't thank them enough.

The man I worked with in the service department (Ruben) literally asked me NOT to fill out the survey from Subaru. So SKETCHY! Visited fiesta Subaru on premise of crunching some numbers to find out an estimate for my tesla. Potentially interested in a trade in if the price would be close to a pay off for my vehicle. That was a main factor if I was to do business I was first shown a couple of nice wrx's but I did state i only was looking for manual transmission. We proceeded to get an estimate for my tesla. Took a awhile in comparison to the Toyota dealership I had gone to the previous day(about no more than 10 minutes), which had me sitting and waiting. Besides that, I've never received a more condescending bunch of replies from a car dealer like this ever(Leo was the individual speaking to me). I was met with remarks that left red flags all over. It started out great and after it seemed like I wasnt going to follow through with making a trade, the flip switched and Leo was not understanding or friendly. This experience put me off and I would not seek interest in a car from this dealership again. Also the questionare that the dealership presented to me to fill out was strange and Leo's explanation for it was vague and yet again condescending. This review is mainly for the parts and service department. After purchasing a brand new car at the end of April, we were surprised to find that a piece of trim just flew off on the freeway. Luckily nobody was hurt. We made an appointment to come and get it evaluated And hopefully replaced. After showing up at the appointed time, the car was left unattended and after an hour, we were told nobody had even looked at it yet. Fast-forward 1/2 hour more and still no progress, we were told that The parts department had not gotten back to the service department yet whether they had that part. The Subaru Forester is rated number one SUV. But this location for their service is definitely not number one.

Originally scheduled a test drive and when I got there was told the car was sold that day without my knowledge . They still did their best to find me a car that fit my criteria and accomplished that. I left with a car around the price range I came in with in mind and the manager came out and made a deal with me due to all the time I had already spent being there trying to get “the right” car. Overall pretty good experience, would recommend checking them out to others.

I really liked the dealership. I was treated very well, the sales lady introduced me to everyone and gave me a tour of parts and service after I purchased and introduced me to their managers. I also liked how pet friendly the dealership is.

Wow! Fiesta Subaru was great! I was traveling cross country and needed an oil change. Express Care took me right in. Staff was friendly and professional. The lounge was comfortable with snacks, coffee and water. Plus a beautiful aquarium to relax by in comfy chairs. My oil was changed, fluids checked and air in the tires. I liked the advisor I dealt with. I have an old car that runs well but has wear and tear. He told me what repairs were essential and what could be safely deferred given the car is only driven in town.

Engine oil light came on along with a couple other warning lights went right to Fiesta Subaru they immediately looked at car told me what was needed to be done got a loaner car and repairs completed by the next day. Customer service excellent.
